Therapy Rates

Individual Intake : $175.00, following sessions $150.00

Couple/Family (2) Intake: $200.00, following sessions $175.00

Evaluations/Testing/Assessments Rates

Basic Mental Health Assessment/Substance Abuse Assessment: $550.00

Emotional Support Animal Assessment: $550.00

Please call for Psychological Evaluations, facilitation for collaborative divorce and testing fees.

Innovative Direction provides in-office, phone, and online counseling.

Payment

Cash, check (established clients only), HSA/FSA/HRA cards, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Insurance

By request, we are happy to provide you a super-bill for you to send to your private insurance company in order to receive reimbursement. We have chosen the fee for service model in order to provide quality care over quantity care that we see so much today. If you have any questions about how a super-bill works and how to send them into your insurance company, our administrator will be happy to help you.

Cancellation Policy

Intakes: Require a non-refundable appointment fee of $50.00.

If you are a current client and do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee immediately.
