Online therapy, no more excuses needed.

The new way to receive therapy.

Online therapy (OT) also known as: teletherapy, distant therapy, telehealth, or e-therapy is shaping how people can get help by clinical professionals. As a therapist, I can now help clients by video sessions, email, and over the phone instead of the typical in-office. This has made a world of difference for my busy lifestyle clients.

Who is online therapy for and who is it not? online therapy

OT is great for people who live in rural areas and do not have the benefits of 100’s of therapist in their area to choose from. It is significant for the working professional who does not want to commute in the middle of the work day. It can make therapy easy to have when you are a:

  • busy professional
  • stay at home parent
  • people with an atypical work schedule
  • traveler
  • people who are disabled
  • living in a different city then your desired therapist

OT can be awesome but it is not for everyone.

I have to screen my new clients to see if they are a good fit. For example, you are a good fit if you are struggling with life stressors, mild anxiety and/or depression, social anxiety, business issues, and/or relationship issues.  Online therapy is not for people with extreme mental health issues such as schizophrenia, personality disorders, people with delusions or hallucinations, and/or people who are suicidal.

What can you expect from online therapy?

  • support
  • empathy
  • powerful tools and techniques
  • confidentiality
  • easy appointment scheduling

With online therapy, there are no excuses left, get therapy today.
